The Pinterest Challenge!
Have you guys heard about The Pinterest Challenge that Sherry and Katie and a bunch of other awesome bloggers have organized? I can’t believe I actually got my act together to participate in time, but I did! Woohoo!
Here’s my original inspiration that I pinned. It’s a way to display the special dates in your life (when you got married, had your babies, etc.) …
And here is my finished product — a canvas for my dining room!
The dates are as follows:
- June 2, 2000: First date with Darling Husband
- June 9, 2000: He asked me to be his girlfriend
- February 14, 2007: Got engaged
- June 9, 2008: Got married in Las Vegas
- June 6, 2010: D was born
- April 25, 2012: C was born
I’ve made quite a few Pinterest projects around the house — you can see more of them here in my daughter’s room and here in my son’s room — but this is the first one that’s been prominently featured on the main level.
Thanks to Sherry and Katie for inspiring me to stop pinning and start doing! I have a few more Pinterest projects in the works that I’ll be sharing soon.
