I’m not used to struggling with creative things. I felt a little like pouting. Despite having quite a lot of experience with hand-sewing, rug-hooking didn’t come easily for me.
Our daughter loves this super-soft reversible hooded robe, and it was easy to sew thanks to a free pattern!
The Anne of Green Gables quilt is perfect in our guest room. The colours are light and cheerful, and it goes perfectly with the pastel-painted furniture and light greige walls. I even had enough scraps left over to make a tiny accent pillow! I think Anne would have approved.
