18 weeks, 4 days preggo
I just saw this gorgeous felt banner on Kaboose, and it totally inspired me to make some.
Darling Husband and I have celebrated every holiday with our own families so far — Christmas, Easter, birthdays, you name it — so I’ve never really decorated our own place too much. We always put up an artificial tree and a string of lights around the living room window at Christmas, but that’s about it. Certainly no Easter decor or birthday decor.
I actually started a little Easter decor project a few months ago, which I promise to finish and share soon. But I want to go further than that. I want to make a fun felt banner for every occasion, and store it away with related decor (i.e. a box of Easter stuff, a box of birthday stuff, etc.)
Hmm, I think my nesting craziness is striking again. MUST. BUY. STORAGE. BINS.
Stay tuned for the banners. I’m really excited to make them — especially since they don’t need to be machine-washable, so I can go wild with decorations.
