This Tummy Sleeve …
and this 3/4 sleeve polka-dot dress
The bra and the tummy sleeve were necessary. This week has been tough on the chest, and my jeans haven’t been comfortable with the crazy bloating.
The dress wasn’t a totally necessary purchase, since all of my dresses will still fit for quite a while. But it was really cute and comfortable on! I also tried some shirts, but …
ME (looking in the changing room mirror): I don’t know. I like it, but the sleeves are so huge and baggy!
DARLING HUSBAND: Your arms will grow into it.
ME: Excuse me? My arms are not going to get that fat! Look how big these sleeves are!
DARLING HUSBAND: My sister’s arms got really big. Yours will, too. So you should get the shirt — it’ll fit eventually.
ME: Um, I think not.
Is it true? Do your arms really get super-fat? These sleeves have me worrying. Needless to say, I did not buy one.
