I dropped it in the bucket of chemicals and needed to go fishing around for it with my hands, and then pulled it out to reveal a soppy mess, and THEN accidentally wiped the glaze off in sections because it was too thick.
I started off thinking I’d make a mug, but then it got away from me and now I think it’s a bowl. Likely for potato chips.
I had a lightness to my step as I walked back down the sidewalk, crossed the driveway and looked for where I’d parked the van. I felt happy. Tingly with excitement.
