My new favourite four-letter word

Yes. It’s happened. We sold the condo. As of today, it is official.
I have no idea what it going to happen next, but instead of being scared, I am excited … well, and a little scared, too.

  2. Wow, congratulations, I know its been a long time coming! Our place is still for sale and now Husband and I are going through a divorce so it's more important than ever to sell. Here's hoping that this post is a good omen for us too!

  3. Update: Guess it was a good omen afterall! Our condo ALSO sold (within 15 days of listing with a Realtor), and the new buyers move in on the 29th 🙂
