(Oct. 8 to Oct. 14)
Symptoms: This. But the nausea is gone!
Body changes: Coming to terms with the fact that I’m practically a continent. HOPING and PRAYING that although I looked pregnant almost immediately, I will end up gaining the same (or less) as I did the first time. Chasing the toddler must burn a zillion calories, surely. Right?
Cravings: Chicken McNuggets. Cheerios and milk. Honeycrisp apples.
Aversions: Still iffy about meat, but not as grossed out. Opening the dishwasher to see/smell dirty cat dishes still makes me want to hurl, though.
High point: Finalizing the house details, and looking forward to moving in! I keep looking at the photos and dreaming of furniture placements, but am having trouble properly remembering all of our furniture — haven’t seen it since the middle of July.
Low point: Working a TON before the big move, and feeling exhausted from it.
How does this week compare to Week 11 during pregnancy #1? Pretty similar. My nausea went away at the same point.
