27 weeks, 4 days pregnant
Well, I’m actually part of a country-wide study about preggos and H1N1. So every Monday, I log into a website and fill out a little form about whether or not I have any flu symptoms. And in exchange, I’m helping the medical community blah blah blah getting a weekly update from the study’s coordinators.
What does the update say? Well, they believe there is a link between the H1N1 vaccine and early deliveries. As in lots of babies whose mommies got the shot are coming EARLY!
Yup, the study coordinators are
buzzing about this news. It’s not proven yet, of course, because the study is still ongoing. But they believe there could be a definite link. There’s also
some internet chatter about it, although it’s nothing official.
Of course, I don’t want Baby Boy coming
too early — like
Duggar early, or any form of “early” that
might hurt him. But he
is due in the first week of June, so coming at the end of May instead? Sounds good to me!
